Account and registration

No. Each person may hold only one account on abcya. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, we close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances. Multiple accounts violate our terms and may result in permanent suspension. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option on the login page or contact our support team. Do not attempt to open a second account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires a government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and a proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). Upload clear photos of both documents during account setup. Our verification team reviews submissions within hours. If your documents are unclear or incomplete, we request resubmission. Once verified, you can deposit and withdraw immediately. Verification is required by law in all jurisdictions where we operate.

We at abcya provide account controls including password change, email update, and mobile number update from your account settings. You can also view your full transaction history, current balance, and pending withdrawals.
